Repairs
There are many little jobs around the home or office that need some
attention. Some are glaringly obvious, like a leaking tap or tiles that are
lifting and you are tripping over. Some are not so obvious, like the leaking
shower recess as seen below.

As shown in the above pictures, what can seem like a small problem, that most say 'she'll be right, I'll get around to it' can turn out to be a bit more of a disaster.
In the bathroom, the shower recess was not sealed properly, and after constant moisture on the internal wall, the plaster became powdery, the door frame in the walk in robe started to rust and the paint was flaking off.
This job required all of the walls to have the plaster removed and recoated, a sealer applied, the rust neutralized, door frame remoulded, and repainting.
But only after the leak in the shower recess was repaired.
